Shipping and Delivery:
A: Shipping within the UAE takes 1 to 3 business days in most major cities. We use
reliable shipping companies to ensure your order arrives promptly.
A: Shipping is free for Sharjah, Dubai, and Ajman. For other Emirates, the shipping cost is
20 AED. Shipping is free for all orders over 250 AED.
A: Yes, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS as soon as your order is
processed and shipped.
A: Currently, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates.

A: Yes, all our perfumes are 100% original and made from high-quality ingredients
carefully selected.
A: The longevity of a fragrance depends on several factors, including skin type and the
fragrance notes themselves. Generally, our perfumes are designed to be long-lasting
(usually Eau de Parfum concentration), but the experience may vary from person to
person.
A: Absolutely, you can find the list of main ingredients (top, middle, and base notes) on
each perfume’s page on the website.
Ordering and Payment
A: Simply browse our collection, choose the perfume you like, and add it to the shopping
cart. Then follow the steps to complete the purchase process

Returns and Exchanges:
Return Conditions: Products can only be returned if they are unused, in their
complete original condition, including the original box and packaging.
Timeframe: Return requests are allowed within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Refund Method: After receiving and verifying the returned product, the refund will be
processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. (For Cash on
Delivery payments, the amount will be transferred to a bank account or e-wallet as
agreed.)
Important Note: Opened or tested products cannot be returned or refunded.
